New Arrivals

Christmas has arrived at Quilters' Corner:

From Wilmington "A Call to Joy", by Danhiu Nai. It looks a lot like her previous line "Aged Elegance", soft and sweet. It doesn't scream christmas, so it can be used all year long. It is gorgeous with a number of fabulous florals, stripes and tone on tones. It comes with a project sheet for a medallion quilt (all pieced).

Coming in June is Makower's Christmas, Clothwork's "Bountiful Blessings", and Moda's "Merry and Bright" designed by Mary Englebriet. If you are into that traditional look, we will be getting Hoffman's "Holiday Traditions" and "Venetian Holiday". You will have plenty of time to finish those special Christmas projects if you start NOW!

For all you Civil War buffs, our 1800's section is getting bigger by the day. We have purchased Jo Morton's entire line of both "Meg's Bouguet" and her "Toast". It will be arriving this summer. From Red Rooster, we will be receiving "Anibella's" collection. It looks more like the first half of the 19th century, before the Civil War... It has a multi colored toile with a coordinated pillar print, some florals and botanicals and tone on tones. Twenty-four pieces in all. It's to die for!

Thimbleberries' lines in the shop now include the "Cover Story" pieces: Little Sweetheart, Kite Flying, School Days, and Set Sail. There is a Christmas line "Christmas Punch", located up in front with the other Christmas fabrics. We've also got the new autumn line, "Harvest Reflections".

Any finally, we've always got great bargains on our three church pews. There's always something great to use for your quilt backs or just to add to your stash.
